2019 CLNW Track Day

Friday Sept. 6 saw the last CLNW track day at PIR after 24 consecutive ones. There were about 40 cars with half a dozen Lotuses on track. Race cars were the largest groups with several Minis using the test day for SOVREN’s vintage races the following two days. Our club had an Exige, a Europa, two Elises, two Cortinas, and the Haggisport on track. Weather cooperated nicely and no major incidents for the day.

PIR has made it more and more difficult for clubs to run their own track days so this is our last one. Many thanks to Mark and Patti Viskov for all the years running our track day. Also thanks to all the other club members who helped over the years including Tony Viskov, Mark Velky, and Jim McVein.
