The British Invasion car show was met with rain and even some hail this year. Attendance was down due to the forecasts. 5 Lotuses showed up including a new Emira, a Cortina, an Elise, an Evora, and a Europa. Hopefully the ABFM in August will provide better weather and attendance.

15 Lotuses showed up for the 2022 ABFM on September 10th. Overall attendance was down a little from previous years, perhaps from predicted high temperatures. 5 Elises joined 4 Europas, 2 Elans, 2 Cortinas, an Espirit, and a 7. Thanks to all that attended!

Friday Sept. 6 saw the last CLNW track day at PIR after 24 consecutive ones. There were about 40 cars with half a dozen Lotuses on track. Race cars were the largest groups with several Minis using the test day for SOVREN’s vintage races the following two days. Our club …
